there are rumors that Danaher DHR is keen on swiss small cap dental manufacturer Coltene CLTN.
a takeover would make a lot of sense for DHR. after integrating Nobel Biocare they could get this sleeping pearl - strong brand recognition, excellent products, pretty good scientific performance, ....but.... historically poor operations with under-average profitability and growth: just what DHR is always looking for.
bet that at the latest after IDS in march 2015 the announcement will be made.
